We do not collect passwords directly. Authentication is handled securely by the respective providers.

We collect approximate location data (such as city or area) to enable app functionality. We do not collect precise GPS location.

1.3 Usage Data

We collect limited usage information to understand how the app is used, including:

• App interactions (clicks)
• Session duration
• General usage patterns

At this time, we do not collect crash logs.

1.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Photos, reviews, comments, or other user-generated content
• Device identifiers beyond what is necessary for basic app operation
• Payment or financial information
• Health, biometric, or government identification data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the app
• Enable authentication and account access
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Understand usage trends and feature engagement

3. Data Storage and Processing

User data is stored and processed using:

• MongoDB
• Supabase

These services act as infrastructure providers and process data only on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We do not share your data with third parties except:

• When required to operate backend infrastructure
• When required by law or legal process

There are currently no ads in the app. If advertising is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Blind Bite is currently intended for users in Da Nang, Vietnam, but may be accessed by users elsewhere.

If you are located in regions with data protection laws (such as the EU or California), you have additional rights described below.
